Hi,

 

We are already using Field Quotation on Employee Portal and we now we want to use this on Mobile edge so our Field Engineers can create  Field Quotations.

 

But when Creating a Field Quotation there are some limitations compared to when we Creating a Field Quotation in the Employee Portal.

 

What we want to do on Mobile is:

  • Selecting a Offering Template (We also can use Problem Code to do this, but Offering Themplates are already available.) 
  • Set Offering Line Billable to Fixed and manually fill in the price.
  • Set Offering Line Billable to Not Billable

 

Is there a way to do this on Mobile Edge? Or is this only available in Employee Portal.

We don’t have logic on Mobile Edge at the moment to download the Offering Template data to the mobile device, this functionality is currently only available in the Alliance application.  You can log a RFE (Request for Enhancement) ticket in our support system if you want and we will consider this feature for a future development sprint.
