Historically, escalation rules were contained in the Escalation module. With the introduction of the Process Flow module in V15, the Escalation module has been renamed to Workflow (D/C). The Workflow (D/C) module can be accessed within the Alliance Employee Portal and is not yet available in the browser-based version of Alliance.
To access escalation rules in Alliance V15:
- Log into the Alliance Employee Portal.
- In the Find text box, enter “Workflow (D/C)” and press enter or click the “Go” button.
