ISSUE / QUESTION:  Why am I unable to search by serial in "Order Locator" Module.  When performing a search by any serial number, I am receiving an error ‘An error occurred while processing this request’

RESOLUTION:  While the serial number appears valid in the database, the error is received.  This issue has been reported by a few customers, and we have addressed the issue in 15.2 HF5.
