When trying to import Customizations in a new live environment I get a Cache Service error when trying to import

This works well in out UAT-environment - the difference being that our Live environment use 2 servers (one for Mobile, one for Alliance)

We appear to have this working now after reviewing the various REDIS configuration files on the server(s).  After this, we created a small customization with Customizer and exported only that UI module for testing.

When importing this new export, the import did not give the cache error.  The problem looks to have been with the Redis cache (Astea Cache) which also may have been resolved by the Astea Cache service earlier today.

Do you have Redis deployed to a server and that server has the Astea Cache service running?

These imports were exported from your UAT server?

Please check the global.xml General-Cache setting, does it refer to the IP address where the redis is deployed with the cache service running and the port set correctly (6379).

Thanks, Phil - the setup looks fine. Correct IP, and services running
