Hi, 
In the session DSE, Tab Defaults, we have a flag : Coverage schedule override ?
If i’m not mistaken, in the documentation DSE configuration guide, I’didn’t find the explanation for this field.
 

Could you explain : when is used ? 
is it linked to the setting of hours defined for the site in the customer center ? or linked to the coverage plan used in the contract ? or other ?

Hi 
I add a documentation (found on DSE impact parameters) to this topic : 

1/ If the flag is YES for this setting in a DSE session : Does it mean that the DSE try to assign an activity accordingly to the SA shifts without take in consideration the coverage plan defined for the contract ?
If Yes, I could assign an activity on a hour where the customer site is closed  ( in this the SA could work without a customer contact) or the DSE always make a verification with the Site access time (defined on the DSE session or Customer center)

2/ if the flag is YES on a DSE session and NO on the service level used for the contract : what setting is finally used ?
