Hi,

 

Do you know why default values in checklist are not fullfilled in mobile app ? Here line 31.7 should have a default value (it’s the case in BO)

 

ALLIANCE V15.1.0.0

Mobile v15.4

Hi Laurence,

If it works fine in Employee Portal and it doesn’t on mobile, it can be a bug or data issue.  Please contact your local support team so that they can check the data in details.

Not directly related but check the mandatory logic (from your screenshot it looks as if the field is marked as Required so if you have a default value then the technicians can basically bypass the question altogether so we usually don’t recommend using default values on lines that you’re marking as required...techs may be cutting corners and leaving default values if you have large checklists configured in this manner).

we had a similar problem. For us the solution was to change from “multiple select List” to “Static dropdown list” in checklist config.

Hi Laurence, is this the issue that is logged in the support system under EU0063593?  If so, then it’s a bug on the mobile client side which we are currently working on and will target for inclusion in our next 15.4.2.0 Maintenance Release.
