Hello,

I am trying to import the States, Counties, Cities and Zip Codes via migration. Client needs to import this data for US. When I am trying to add a state manually or via job (clients wants to add 3 apart from these already existing in IFS) I have the following message (exemple below):

 

 

The same thing is for the counties and cities. The system doesn’t allow to add a new line for an existing state, city etc.

 

Are there any parameters to change to be able to add data for the existing values of a country etc.?

The IFS screens are: States, Counties, Cities and Zip Codes.

 

For information, I migrated all data for a country for which I added the states from scratch (in my exemple Canada) and I was able to create manually/ migrate the data from states to zip codes. But for the US I have this error.
