During a customisation our customer has encounter a crash during the publicaiton to “public” of the customization. He has been obliged to kill the astea browser process.

Now when he wants to redo is customization, when he save the customization  the following message is displayed “Another save transaction currently executing in customizationmanager module” and he is blocked. How can we solve this ? 

 

 

When the user crashed, that user’s account was probably not logged out and still active which he was trying to save.  Take a look at the logged users for multiple logins and logout the user account that should not be active.

Take a look at the ap_lock table for locks on the customer support module related to the user.  If there is one, remove it after confirming the user is logged out of the system and then try again.

i think you were correct there i suppose a lock in the ap_lock or due to the session, the customer tried again one our later and he didn’t have any more the message
