We’ve customized the title in an open Customer Support and Service order by adding the required information our agents need to check when handling the order. Depending of the length of the text, the title becomes longer which results in the end of the title being out of the screen. In Customer Support, the ticking clock is not visable anymore.
Can we split the title in two lines, using the Customizer ?
in this example, we would like to have the field CALLBACK and following in a second line to avoid info not being seen.
