Hi, We use automated printing for our pick/pack/ship modules each day in Alliance 15.4. As of yesterday, the pick and ship modules are not printing when using the toggles, nor are they time stamping the print date/time. We do not see anything amiss in the printing service, and the pack module is working as always, it time stamps once the toggle is activated and prints to assigned printer. Any suggestions on what to look for or address to correct this? The screenshot below indicates how we activate the automated printing. After choosing save, these fields return to blank / gray instead of seeing the print date/time that indicates it has printed.
