Hi,

I would like to have the address of reception and expedition in mobileedge.


It’s required in the customer process because, a Technician doesn’t always have a fixed PUDO. 
So, when the PUDO change, we change the shipping address in the shipping list screen on the backend.. 
There is no integration with a carrier IT systems.

 

I didn’t find a way to display address (for receiving or shipping) in mobiledge.

Could you tell me a way with the customizer (or other way) to do that ?
I tried to add a customized field with the customizer, but it’s not avaiable in mobileedge.

 


No address available in receiving card, 
No customized field added in ARN screen available on mobile edge.

Hi Anthony,
The Mobile Customizer application doesn’t have this ability at the moment, so this would need to be done as a small customization (requires a BRD for estimation) or you can log a RFE (Request for Enhancement) ticket and the development team will consider it for a future standard development sprint.
