I’ve got 8 employee in my team that do field work and also work from home. The workload from home is sort of servicedesk job.
I’m looking for the best way to make this vissable in the dispatch console. For now we make a private activity to define if the work home or not. Does astea has a better way to make this vissable ?
any suggestions ?

No, there is not an option to display a home coverage time within the dispatch console. This only will display activities, basic shifts and private activities.
A similar question to this was asked but in relation to standby shifts (you could consider home working stand by shifts in a way):

The way the design is right now, your option to display private activities is the only way to convey this on the dispatch console.
