Is there a possability to attach a document or a note while on the NEW Customer Support order page ?

Our “call intake” only registers orders and use “Save & Exit” or “Save & New “. If they need to attach a document or note they have to enter the call which is already in the helpdesk queue at that moment.

Can we add the  ATTACH button on the NEW page ?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The attachments may be linked to an order once the order is In the database. However, in the new page form, this data has not been committed to the database so there is nothing to link it to yet until you have saved the order.
