HI we encounter the following :our customer changed his Alliance URL to connect to the V15.4SU2 test environment by using the new URL the map is not loaded in the astea browser dispatch console and in the web employee portal too.
the new URL have been registered to be authorized by google by Erik but we still have the issue. I have only been able to capture the error in the web employee portal in the astea borwser i don’t know where to find the error (it looks to me there is still an issue on registration but not sure..)

First, I will check with Erik what domains are currently registered that he did for you. Can you send me an email with the actual domain so I can verify plus any communications via email what was asked/done so we can follow up on this?

I confirmed with Erik that he registered the https://asteadispatchdev.xxxx.eu that is shown in your error message (xxxx is masking the real domain name) so the issue is not related to the registration of the domain itself.
Your screen does not show the URL you are currently connecting to the Alliance application. I would think it would be https://asteadispatchdev.xxxx.eu/ domain but if not, please let us know. For example, using an IP address instead of the FQDN.
The other thing I might double check is that the configuration editor has the keys properly populated in the GIS section of th the profile. (Screen below blurs the actual keys used as this may differ between customers, etc.)
If possible can you send a screenshot of the API keys in this environment over to Support via e-mail? (don’t post that on here) Each key has it’s own URL whitelist in Google, so maybe that’s the issue
Hi Phil, Reid i don’t know if something has been revalidated on your side but good news i have tested again this evening and the map is displayed correctly in the astea borwser and web employee portal. thanks a lot for your help
