Edit: I figured out how to solve it. There were some settings missing on the Person settings for me i.e. comm method email was not set. Once I set it I get the overview of all my opportunities and activities./Emma Thanks for your reply Anushka!My problem is that my name is all grey in the CRM panel, so I can’t click on it to open up any details. Same as for new contacts which are not registered in IFS.I’m set as representative in IFS but do I need to do any other settings/registrations so I get the edit options?Thanks
