Hi, You don’t have the close each line individually, you can also just close the header of both the sales quotation and the business opportunity. Or even quicker, click on “Create Order” in the sales quotation and there you can enter a won-reason as well. Of course this will apply for all the sales quotation lines. Furthermore you could set the default value to true for “close business opportunity when create customer order”, in CRM/SRM Default Values. Hope this helps.
