Several customers are using the cycle counting feature in their daily operations. Some customers are using the classic portable device pages, and some customers are using the spreadsheet feature. The GTS team has reached out to these customers to see if they would like to share their experiences here.
In 8.3-SP2 we launched modernized workflows for cycle counting that streamlines the process using mobile scanning devices, a redesigned UI, as well as improvements to bulk import and export of cycle count data. There is successful adoption of all the available methods.
