Hello,
Is there a way that the databases on Dev and Test on Build place are not refereshed after environment lifespan is over. So when we request new then the previous database remains.
Any insight on the same will be of great help

From 23R2 and onwards there is a new service you can buy called “Test Data Management” for Build place. That introduces a way to preserve data in Build Place.
