Service users IFS Cloud

Service User for users that are used for integration purposes. Service users can not log in to the IFS Cloud application directly.

Example - integrating IFS with Salesforce you would create an IAM Client (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/25r2/030_administration/010_security/040_iam_settings/035_iam_clients/) with a connected Service User. Salesforce would then use these details to broker a connection to call IFS REST APIs.

Can anyone please explain whats the purpose of these servivce users: They are used for which integration processes? 

The blurred one is specific to our company, but the others are IFS standard ones.
