Connection timeout during the import operation process at Boomi connector's setting

I work at Boomi's Japanese subsidiary, assisting Japanese business partners. Currently our Japanese business partner is using Boomi's IFS partner connector to validate their connection to IFS Cloud 23R2.
When using Boomi Atom Cloud, it works well, but when using their on-premise Atom, they are getting the following error in the Import Operation process.

I just asked them to verify that their network firewall white list’s settings cover the following and waiting for their answer.

but I would appreciate your advice on what additional investigation I should do to clarify the root cause.

Yes, you need to configure the firewall to allow the access to the IFS Application. Seems like you are already going in the correct path.
