Dear All,

I would like to know whether to generate the “AdrLine” in XML (Supplier Postal Address) is a Configuration change (if yes Could you guide me) or is it a modification

(IFS APPS 10 UPD 17)

Thank You

@Ramessh Kanna If I remember correctly, the core solution doesn’t support for combination of structured address and address lines. I believe, you have tried with the bank separately with Structured address and address lines. If this doesn’t work, you have to do a modification in XML transformer. We normally don’t recommend to modify the Core transformer when changing the XML structure, hence, it is recommended to introduce a new transformer file.

@Eranda  - Thank You. The Challenge faced here is the bank has rejected the Output (Current Format as per Pic 01) and Accepted the Output with “AdrLine” (User Manually added a line to the xml and sent it to the bank).  So it is better to create a New Transformer with the Change as per your suggesstion.

Hello,

I am interested in this topic.

From our side, in 24R1, we still have XML files with unstructured addresses.

We will have to adopt same format as shared above.
Does 25R2 comes with new features about this structuration of addresses in XML payments in standard ? Or is it still up to the customer to define its own templates to structure addresses thanks to dedicated transformers ?

I would be pleased to know how other

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

@pabdou

By November 2026, banks will officially stop accepting unstructured address data for cross-border wire payments.

You will need to move to either a hybrid or fully structured address model. “Town Name” and “Country” will be mandatory elements within the postal address field.

Traditional free-text addresses will no longer be sufficient.

The structured address format is supported in the Core version; however, the required basic data must be set up correctly. https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7460016261373276160
