I checked the IFS Cloud to PSO mapping and the only color that is sent to PSO is the Activity Type color using SVCSCH_ACTIVITY_TYPE_TAB.display_color. Everything else would require customizing. You may want to file this as an idea, describing exactly the benefit and details. Keep in mind that the region entity in PSO doesn’t have a color attribute, only the shift type does.
