I believe you may need your customer id number to create an account.  But the process is easy.

For most ifs questions you can ask Browser AI, be careful with this though as they can pull answers from different versions of IFS.

Prefix ‘IFS Cloud -’ + Your Question or Error message etc (ie: ‘IFS Cloud - How do you put in a customer order’)

Normally you will get concise info on what you want to know.

Your IFS Partner should also be able to help you with Training in your environment.

One of the items we’re struggling with is creating Lobbies.  CoPilot and ChatGPT seem to be a bit off and are suggesting doing things that I can’t do in Cloud 25R2, such as importing full SQL scripts.

Hi ​@edconant there is good information in the Technical Documents - use the Tailoring Guide and this will give you lots of information for Lobbies.

There is also a course for Lobbies that is in the IFS Academy that I found very useful.

For what it’s worth, I’d avoid using any of the external AI tools for this specific request as they often produce “hallucinations” (i.e. an answer that sounds plausible, but isn’t valid/correct) when it comes to specific IFS questions. 

I’ll echo what ​@sholmes  mentioned regarding the Technical Documents.  The public facing documentation, especially on the technical side is quite good.  If you run into specific questions about a data source or designing an element, etc., you’ll generally find folks on here more than happy to help.
