How to use this HSN function

I saw a useful answer in the following link .

I'm trying to learn how to use the HSN function in the system, I have added the company Localization Control , HSN code master, HSN Group master, HSN code in Sale part. And now I’m Facing a problem, there is HSN code fetched to the customer order line, but the tax rate doesn’t fetched to that order line.

 

Could anyone please give me some detail material/advice about how to use this function? Thank you so much!
