Question

What’s one small change that made your workday noticeably better?

People often talk about major career moves and big productivity hacks, but I think small improvements can be just as powerful.

For example, changing your workspace, organizing your schedule differently, or even adjusting when you start your day can have a surprisingly big impact over time.

I'm looking for practical ideas that have worked for real people.

What's one small change you made that improved your focus, reduced stress, or simply made work more enjoyable?

Hi @annejohn,

One small change that makes a surprisingly big difference is looking at what you have at the end of the workday.

Something as simple as spending 5 minutes writing tomorrow's top 3 priorities, then closing all tabs and saying out loud "done for today" - it sounds trivial, but it creates a clear mental boundary between work and rest. Many people find they stop mentally "staying at work" long after they've physically left, which reduces stress and actually improves focus the next morning.

The key is the consistency of it, not the complexity.
