Depends on what you need on the Work Order, but for a very basic work order, you can either open Prepare Work Order and enter the mandatory information.
Another option is to use the form “New Fault Report”.

A customer returned 4 parts to us due to shipping damage. I’m trying to create a WO to pick & pack the 4 replacement parts.
