WorkBook Auto-Updates

The WorkBook client for Windows has a feature where new versions of the application can be pushed out to the mobile devices, as either mandatory or optional upgrades. The challenge most people have run into is that the installer requires elevated permissions to run, which most field techs don't have.

I'm curious to know what creative ways you have found to push out updates to the WorkBook application. I believe someone used Windows domain permissions to create a single folder on the Windows device where the field tech had full admin rights, and then deployed a Python script to push the updated application out, but I don't know the full details on how that worked.
