LoV in WADACO seems to be limited to 100 records. I guess this is in general but we noticed in Unplanned Issue Work Order and LoV for WO No. Is this hard coded or can it be set to show more records?

It is set in the general tab of the configuration. It is default set to 100, it goes back to issues in the mobile clients when opening a LOV with large number of records will make the mobile clients unresponsive, so that is the reason for that default value, but you can increase it if your device can handle it.
Note that I would recommend to instead of increasing the LOV number, use the LOV filtering options if you know what you are searching for, you first enter the full or partial search value and then opening the LOV, then the LOV will be filtered on what you search for. The search will work on both the LOV id/value and the description field.
