WaDaCo Could not establich a secured connection with the indentity provider

Hi,

 

I have an issue trying to use the ScanIT app for android for WaDaCo.

When I enter the system id: Example.Company.com

TAS ID: https://Example.company.com

I get the error message “Could not establish a secured connection with the Indentity Provider”. What can be the issue?

 

We are using IFSAPP10

If you can reach the TAS URL in the browser on the device then its most likely a certificate trust issue.
