Issue with WADACO

Hello, 

We have configured Wadaco according to the technical manual, but after launching the application and logging in to the application for the user, we cannot see any configured mobile operations. Is there a solution to this or is it a bug?

 


Our company is using IFS CLOUD with IFS Scan It app.

1) Are there any released configurations (Data Capture Configuration) that also are enabled for the company/site your are running? 

2) Can you see any processes outside the mobile app, like directly from the aurena client (warehouse data collection page)? If you can, you have at least some released configurations for the site you are using. So you issue is perhaps only with the mobile app.

3) if you can't see anything even in the aurena client, it could a couple of other things, like there is perhaps a wadaco menu created for that site/company your using but no configurations or processes have been added to it yet. It could also be security/grant issue that the user is not granted to the processes that have been released. It could also be that you have tried to add some user access on the configuration that might not be setup correctly.

I managed to fix these settings. Unfortunately, a new problem has arisen:
