Hi Rasika,

Is this when you try to login to Aurena Web Application by chrome? but not native apps right? What happens when you install the requested certificate?

HI @Rasika Lakmal ,

This seems a common issue in some of the older version of android

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37005776/how-can-i-fix-the-no-certificates-found-the-app-chrome-has-requested-a-certif?rq=1

During the touchapp server installation, application server and the Open ID authentication provider (ADFS or DB) will be deployed using a SSL certificate that is issued by a well known certificate authority.

In such a situation it may become necessary to install such certificates used by the Identity Provider Server on to the device where mobile application will be used from.

Certificate trust varies on different mobile OS versions and also depends on the level of security enforced by each mobile platform.

Touch Apps Server is only available over HTTPS for connections over the internet.

We have to specify the HTTPS address as the Site URL in the IFS Touch Apps Installer and otherwise

touch Apps Server machine cannot listen to HTTPS

Refer below F1 docs,

https://wit.ifsworld.com/f1docs/apps10/foundation1/020_installation/400_installation_options/030_touch_apps/010_touch_apps_server/30_iis_configuration/

So the certificate need to be set at IIS Manager within touchapp server to have https connections.

Therefore a trusted SSL certificate need to be set in below IIS

Please contact the relevant touch app server technician and check whether the certificate is compatible with the android os version.

That might assist you to troubleshoot the issue.

Regards

Manoj
