In the ‘New Fault Report’ Screen, if a User belongs to a Maintenance Organization, can the ‘Maint. Org’ field be populated accordingly? See attached image.

Hi,
Here The maintenance organization represent the maint org that is responsible for the work order. This field is linked to a basic data register and only allows values registered there. Click on the field, and Use List of Values to find a suitable value. Since we cannot setup default maintenance organization for a user, all the values belong to the site will appear here and you have to select it accordingly.

Maintenance users are all connected to Resource groups and maintenance organizations in the resource details. This is required for the technician portal to work correctly. Why cannot this be used to retrieve the default maintenance organization code?
