Does anyone know if Allow Multiple Visits flag in 23R1 is not working with PSO or if there is another configuration needed in 23R1 to allow PSO to split an activity across shifts and availabilities? Thanks!

+2Actually, when I tested again, I see it was not the Allow Multiple Issues, it was after using the Exclude from Scheduling option the SLA information is not resent to PSO?
