When Report Execution Window is displayed after a short time we are receiving the (Not Responding).  We are getting continual time-outs and freezing when fetching data from server.

Yes there is a way to debug it is with the Excel Business Reporter.next to Write-back.

We have a report that works in the BR Excel tool, but fails when running through Execution Server (using IFS UPD7 with OpenXML enabled for executing BR reports). 

The error in Execution server is:

Template BU_HEAD_1 has design errors.View the trace data for more details.

Index was outside the bounds of the array.

To get more information we wants to enable debug in Business Reporter in Excel and see if there are any errors even if the report finish successfully. But where is the output of debug put? We didn’t get any info in the Excel tool.

HI @SORBJAHAU,

 

Can you please validate the report through the validate option BR client and see if it shows some design errors. 

Meantime open the excel in server where the BRES is hosted. Check if the excel is working without an issue.
