Java transformer issue - Developer Studio

Hi, When I try to build transformer model file, I’m getting this below mentioned MAVEN dependency error. Transformer modelBUILD resultI tried adding repository to the POM.xml file as IFS documentation says (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/050_development/024_integration/015_connect/050_transformer/550_maven_http_deprecated/). But didn’t work. Can please let me know a solution for this? Is there some configuration which I have been missed? BR,Hasith

IFSAPP Owner For Cloud (Can this be Custom in IFS Cloud)?

We are upgrading to cloud and we read a community post that hinted that IFS was making customer change their app owner names from a custom name defined in the interface to IFSAPP. Is this true? If not is this “recommended”? Does IFS support have a standard document that would guide us in the right direction in making a decision?Our technical resource said that when he was running the pre-scripts that he was able to modify them to account for our custom app owner name. If it helps we are going to be a remote installation (on-prem).

Accessing a Custom Enumeration using expression

Hi, When creating custom attributes, for inbuilt enumerations, I can use:enumeration_name_Api.decode(‘db_value’); But when I create a custom enumeration and try to use the same expression, it gives me errors.Any idea on how to access a custom enumeration using a statement?Error:CUSTOM_ENUMERATION_API"."DECODE": invalid identifier Please help

Get translated values returned in rest calls

I have bunch of created integration projections with a quite long list of published endpoints. The consumer of the endpoints wants to get the data return in their language. I thought an stable solution was to put the integration user used, with a default language. So, on the IFS user, set the preferred language and then the rest call (using this user) would get the states, error messages, etc in this language. But it doesn't seems to work.Anyone that could bring some light over this question, how I could get translated values/messages returned out from my endpoints?I am on App10 environment.

Unable to connect to IFS Business Reporter (IFS Cloud) from a Virtual Machine

Hi All,Can someone help me to figure this issue and resolve it? or is this a limitation that we cannot use BR in Virtual machines?installed BR from IFS Cloud landing page/Add-ons in a virtual machine ( mkevmpe3035) using MSI option. IAM client entry was added for IFS_business_reporter After entering the credentials when connecting to BR client, it give this error(‘Oops! something went wrong’) Please see attach document for more details.Thanks in advance!Disna.

IFS Cloud 23R2 - Setting up SMB storage

Hello,For one of our Remote IFS Cloud 23R2 Customers, we are trying to setup SMB storage. The SMB share was created by the Customer’s IT team and we are trying to configure the parameters in the ifscloud-values.yaml file by following the guide. ( https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/120_file_storage_for_remote/122_installation_guide/#activating_file_storage_service) The MTinstaller is successful but the ifs-file-storage pod is stuck at Init State. SFTP Knownhost File issue

Hello , I am trying to create the known host file for SFTP connector to send the file out .We are using APP 10 UPD 18 and when I try to execute the below code in Command Prompt :(replacing the host names and credentials) java -cp <IFS_HOME>\repository\server\javaruntime\ifs-fnd-connect.jar;<IFS_HOME>\repository\server\dist\lib\jsch-0.1.55.jar ifs.fnd.connect.ftp.SftpClient -CreateKnownHosts=KNOWNHOSTS -hostname=SFTPHOST -username=USERNAME -password=PASSWORD Also tried with jsch-0.1.53 , I get the error saying :com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Algorithm negotiation fail at com.jcraft.jsch.Session.receive_kexinit(Session.java:590) at com.jcraft.jsch.Session.connect(Session.java:320) at com.jcraft.jsch.Session.connect(Session.java:183) at ifs.fnd.connect.ftp.SftpClient.createKnownHostsFile(SftpClient.java:448) at ifs.fnd.connect.ftp.SftpClient.main(SftpClient.java:422) Any suggestion would be helpful. Workflow - refresh page after execute workflow (23R1)

Hi , from 23R1 ,IFS supports to call Workflow from a Custom Command. While, as I tested ,after the workflow executed (eg, changed some value of the Page)the web page doesn’t get refreshed.User have to manually click the “refresh” button to get new value shown. Is there any way to make web page auto freshed? ※I added a “Force Complete” Custom Command to a execute workflow after executed , data is changed , but page not refreshed.

Custom tab not visible when accessed from custom menu

HI, I have created a custom tab ‘Register Arrivals’ in Purchase Order window.I have also created a custom menu Purchase Order in ‘External Supplier Invoices' window. Scenario 1: If I access directly Purchase Order window ==> Custom Tab ‘Register Arrival’ is visible.Scenario 2 : When I open ‘External Supplier Invoices' window/ RMB ‘Purchase Order’ ==> Custom Tab ‘Register Arrival’ not appearing in Purchase Order window. I noticed that Register Arrival tab will be visible again in Scenario 2 if I remove the param VERSION=SINGLE_COMPANY from the URL . Any thoughts would be much appreciated.Thanks

Launching IFS Pop-up Language Preference

I have a new End User that as soon as she launches IFS they receive the following message. I have verified her User/Person account which is defaulted to English. Verified her Options setting under Tools are all setup correctly. Deactivated/Reactivated her account. Also, checked her PC and Google Chrome setting are set to the English Language as this always appears before the SSO message for her to connect to IFS. Any suggestions on how to correct this.

BPA Workflow error?

Hello, We are facing a huge issue, in our test and config environments, we cannot inspect workflows anymore, even if they only have a simple projection call in it. When inspecting, we just get the “loading” popup that never goes away. This is on 23R1 and so far, it seems like no one else has been experiencing this other than us. What could be causing this? We’ve refreshed the caches in hopes of resolving this issue but so far nothing has been working. Any and all insight would be very much appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

On page calculations - Risk Score

Is it possible to do calculations on screen, so if a user selects 5 from one drop down, and 5 from another drop down, the screen can apply a formula, for arguments sake, multiple one by the other, and put the result, “25” into another field?

Fetch value for Custom Field using a Custom Enumeration

Hello, I have created a custom enumeration with data as below; db_value Client_value Seq CS01 Class 01 Object 1 CS02 Super Class Object 2 CS03 Unattended 3 CS04 Restricted Object 4 CS05 Other 5 I have another custom enum, which created an LOV in a page where the user selects something called “class” from the LOV. The enum looks like this: db_value Client_value Seq CS01 Class 01 1 CS02 Class 02 2 CS03 Class 03 3 CS04 Class 04 4 CS05 Class 05 5 However, I want to create a link between these two enums;when a user selects a “Class”, the description (Client Value) From first table should be automatically fetched into a custom read-only field. I cannot use the same enum for the description because both types of client values are needed in different situations. How can I achieve this without using code?.Kalindu

Retry Application Message Count

Hi,I’m trying to find an way of outputting into a report the number of times an Application Message was retried in Apps10. I can see the data on screen - but no way of debugging (that I can see) to get at the figure to extract. Anyone got a suggestion?
