Problems login to IFS Academy

I should have an account there but cannot login, password resetting not sending any emails back to actually do the reset. There is no information what or who could be contacted in such cases. And yes junk mail been checked also.

The user account is already active in the IFS Academy LMS. 
The user name - MINNA.INGRAM@TEKNOS.COM (you can try with the same password you used to sign-up)
