I’m following an inter-site flow where once the external customer order is released, a purchase requisition will be created at Release of customer order.
Now I have a customer order at Released with a Released CO line for which a PR is created.
I need to add a new line to the existing CO which is Released. When I did this, the line status is set to Released automatically however the PR was not created as there was no trigger.
How can this be solved?
There should be an incoming change order request that is pending waiting for the receiving site to approve. Go to Supply Chain Orders Analysis, there should be a green ‘+’ over top of the supply customer order that you can RMB to and approve. That should get the changed item added to the existing intersite PO and then when MRP runs on the supply site, you should get your additional PR.
