Afternoon,

We currently use Service & Maintenance along side the mWO App in Apps 8 and would like to know if anyone has found a way of putting a work order on hold via IFS and not through the App. There is the option on the mWO App to put a work order on hold which feeds back to IFS (as per the below screen shot), but there is no way that I can see where you can do this without using the App (not all of our engineers use the app).

I know you can put the operations part of the work order on hold, but not all our work orders contain operations so this is not ideal.

Thanks in advance,

Hayley

Hello Hayley,

I'm afraid in Apps8 we don't have a ‘Onhold’ Status from IEE client (Backoffice). but just to let you know in apps 10 we have a ‘Set/Unset OnHold’ option.

Best Regards,
Vinu

Hi Vinu,

That’s a shame, but I did think that may be the case.

Thanks for confirming.

You could always create a custom field for it. And if you want to track who and when, a custom event to insert a record in the journal or similar.
