Service contract Periodic Price not displaying in Aurena

Hi All,

Periodic Prices can be seen for the Invoice Planned Service lines in the Periodic Prices tab in the Service Line page in Aurena.

But that cannot be seen in the Services tab as shown in the attached picture, because the periodic prices are changed time to time during the Service Contract validity period. Only Fixed Price will appear in the Price column because that price will be fixed during the Service Contract validity period.

@Nipun Gunaratne Based on your screenshot information displays as designed. The “Price” shown under the “Services” tab is referring to “Fixed Price Execution” price fields only. To see “Periodic Invoicing” price navigate to the “Periodic Prices” tab for that service line. What you should see happen over time is there will be new lines under your “Periodic Prices” tab and updated prices will display.

Yes that’s the intended behavior of the system. Periodic prices will be changed over the time and update on the contract.
