I dont see attachments section on B2B. I send to B2B document (request for order quotation) with attachment (header). I find this request on B2B, but in detail there is no section with attachment. And I don‘ t know what and where should I configured. Or is it about some licences? Has somebody experiencies with this?

OK, Could you conform that the user -s set as B2B user and the B2B Projections are granted ?
User set as B2B - yes (if you mean B2B user custommer/supplier)
Projections are granted - I´m not sure where can I check it?
Have you added the documents to the RFQ and not a PR? The RFQ uses LU InquiryOrder. In the B2B portal the users will see documents connected to LU QuotationOrder.
You will need to set up an Object Connection Transformation rule from source InquiryOrder to target QuotationOrder.

Is it only for that particular screen or all screen you are missing the paper clip icon? Do you have permission set FND_WEBENDUSER_B2B granted?

Ok, can you click on ‘View Structure’ in the upper right corner and then click ‘Add’ and select FND_WEBENDUSER_B2B. Refresh security cache and then log out and back into the portal.
