Server Error in CRM Customer

HI Each time when I opened CRM customer window i received an error :

Hi @RAPIPL,

 

This could be a bug in the old version, upgrading to the latest version 21.1.4.XX would sort this issue out.

Hi @RAPIPL did you resolve this issue? 

@Susith Setunga how can we update Aurena? Is there some instructions to do this. We are currently on IFS 10 update 10. How can we update Aurena to reflect what you attached on the image above?

Hi @montez.knowles ,

 

You need to apply the latest Aurena framework update. These are released in parallel to regular IEE updates.If you have subscribed for updates as a customer you are entitled to request them from IFS.
