Is it possible to delete “Cancelled” Non-Conformance Correction Lines in Aurena.

One of customer is asking the possibility of deleting “Cancelled” Non-Conformance Correction Lines in Aurena.We can see only cancel option is there which will keep correction lines as “Cancelled”.Is there any way we can delete “Cancelled” correction lines?Why “Delete” option is not available?

INC0451258-Project Forecast, B&F Actuals must not be recalculated based on B&F rate.

Within the business of one of our customers, it is common to agree with the customer to send invoices in an currency other than the accounting currency. As example, Hong Kong office has as accounting currency HKD (Hong Kong Dollar) while the contract to invoice is in CNY (Chinese renminbi). Employees from Hong Kong will report their time and cost in the accounting currency and then there are also subcontractors involved which send their invoices in EUR (Euro) and USD (US Dollar).When the contract is signed the budget is also signed. So company is creating the budget in those different currencies for both cost and revenue.Now it is expecting to see it the ETC, EAC and Actuals in Base Currency where the actuals in the Project Forecast are based on the information in the transactions (Vouchers). And that the ETC is recalculated by first taking the EAC from previous Forecast then subtract the actuals. And that the ETC is based on the B&F Rate.But now the problem is that “Used Base Curr

Settings to decide the shop order status

Can’t we use below two screens to decide the status of Shop order instead of site stetting “Create SO in Planned status”What is the Functionality/ Usage of those two options 1. 2.

Operation Reporting with Barcode

It is about the Operation Reporting with Barcode page.In this screen fields about time reporting are automatically filled in with the routing time once the operation ID is completed.Is there any impact of following setting on the “Operation Reporting with Barcode” process ?Work center setting (screenshot 1): - auto report labor time with qty => never- auto report machine time with qty => neverSite settings (screenshot 2):- default remaining time to report => noWith these settings, in the shop floor workbench, it actually works (screenshot 3), need to fill in manually the times to report. But unable to see any effect on the Operation Reporting with Barcode screen (screenshot 4).

In IFSAPP 8 ;1. Navigate to MRP Action proposals window> Query withb. MRP Message: Early Orderc. Action taken: <>Action Taken 2. Unable to remove "Approval for cost accounting” for correction transaction created (MCPR)

This problem is related to flow MCPR (MHS) using only standard solution.When creating corrections on project transactions in Customer Company, if the user tries to set Approval Flag to False of this Recreated line, then the following error will be there ---------------------------Error - IFS Applications---------------------------It is not possible to modify the approval for cost accounting since the connected multi-company transaction in company {Customer Company ID} is invoiced.---------------------------[OK]      --------------------------- Test plan:Create a Project Transactions in the Employee company then Approve both for Cost accounting once Customer Transactions are created.Next, create an invoice for the Transaction in the Employee company and "Send and Release" the invoiceNext, go to the Project Transaction screen and query for the Customer Company Transaction createdRMB the line and Click "Create Correction Transactions"Now select the Recreated Line, then RMB and click "Remo

Order Ref is not available for “No part” in Purchase Requisition

When a Project Deliverable requirement for a No Part Item is converted to a Purchase Requisition, the Order Ref 1 field is not being populated on the Purchase Requisition “No Part” Line with the Item No from Project Deliverables. When converting a Project Deliverable requirement with a Part Number, the Order Ref 1 field is populated on the Purchase Requisition No Part Line. This link is also needed for No Part Items.Refer the attachment   Having the Item No available at the Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and RFQ No Part line is critical because it functions as the link to the No Part Project Deliverable requirement (line item). Some of customer’s critical data is stored at the Project Deliverable line that must be passed to the objects listed above for reporting, matching and visibility purposes.Hence please consider this enhancement functionality in future release

Data model of the sales contracts

Shop order Reservation priority, Earliest Expiration Date

Refer to the below scenario Site settings (Refer Image 1)  Reserve material (Automatic reservation) The material reservation has been done from the stock which doesn’t have a handling unit. Even though the highest priority of inventory automatic reservation is given to ‘Earliest Expiration Data’ as in the first image, the system doesn’t reserve quantity from the inventory having the earliest expiration date. The system reserves from the stock having no HU.  (Refer Image 2) However, when the ‘Handling Unit Optimization’ is unchecked in the site setting, the application behaves as intended. Why does the system reserve from stock with no HU when the settings are as above?

Different date is displayed in “MS for Multiple Parts" instead of the finish date in Shop Order

We have observed in "MS for Multiple Parts" screen, Period Day of the “lot size” is set to Finish Date (of Shop Order) + 1 working day. Lot size of Shop Order is displayed in "Work in Process" line in "MS for Multiple Parts" screen and the date of the lot size is displayed in column header.Is it possible to display the Finish Date of Shop Order in "MS for Multiple Parts" screen as well?Regardless of Schedule Direction (whether "Manual Scheduling" or "Backward Scheduling") the Lot Size of Shop Order is displayed in the Finish Date + 1 Day column on the "MS for Multiple Parts" screen.
