Hi,I have set of custom fields which are referring each other. For an instance, a persitent custom field is refered from another read only custom field. if i add them to an ACP and try to deliver it in cloud, will this dependecy is handled by the automation or will it give an error if the read only field is deployed first? Hi,I created a ACP and added few custom fields into it. Then i pushed them to GIT and merged the branch into the master branch. I ran a sanity after that. Then i wanted to remove that ACP due to some issues and through a new branch i removed them from the repo master branch. Again i ran a sanity,Then i created a new branch to send my corrected custom fields and pushed them to repo but didnt merge it to the master. I ordered a topic env from that branch but the topic enviornment still showing the fieds i added from my first branch eventhough they were removed from the master and i ran a sanity build afterwards.As i know, topc env using the latest sanity tag to create the environment and couldnt understand why it consider the prevous sanity tag to create the topic env?ThanksRoshanga
Hi,I have an issue where some of my database packages having references to custom object packages. for an example, Customer_Order_API having below code,Shop_Ord_Cfp.Modify__AS i know, Shop_Ord_Cfp is generated once the custom objects of the LU ShopOrd are fully published. But at the time of the installation these are not published. SO, the database deployment giving errors in Cloud. How i can bypass these errors during the delivery creation in buildplace? Hello,When trying to upload a document in IFS cloud, im receiving below error.Something went wrong when uploading the file using the Aurena Agent. Error message: Missing or empty mandatory parameter: odata i did a bit of an investigation and the error comes from command CreateAndConnectDoc in the DocReferenceObjectAttachment.client file. When trying to execute the agentcall Upload this is getting failed. It looks like we cannot access aurena agent code. Can someone explain me why this error is raised. I suspect the file part could be a reason. File is located in a folder structure like below.C;\Users\t.user\New Folder\Test.pdf any help is highly appriciated.. ThanksRoshanga
Hi All, I want to make order no field of the customer order page in IFS 10 Aurena. I tried to do it using page designer in Aurena but i see something like below, What should be the code i need to use here to make this field read only? Hi,I have set of crystal reports and granted the report projection to a permission set. Then attached the permission set to the end user. But when trying to preview the report login from end user it gives below error, The <User> does not have necessary privileges' to run the report. But when I publish the report i can execute it without any problems. It looks like the report is not granted to a specific user. How can i grant this report successfully? is there anything more to do? The report contains only core views and no ial’s are there too. The customer is in cloud 21R2. ThanksRoshanga
Hi, Im having an issue that in cloud, notification bell icon showing as there are new notifications. But, the icon is clicked, the pane is blank and notifications cannot be seen, What would be the reason for this issue? Hi, I developed a new report and want to add some code into rdf file. but it seems like the rdf is regenerated using the .report model file. and also the rdf file is located inside the generated files folder in the developer studio. Is there a way to prevent from regenerating the rdf using the report model? Is there an annotation could be used to achieve this? ThanksRoshanga

Hi,I’m trying to preview excel attachments in cloud 21R2 but could not see the preview icon on the attachment pane for excel attachments. for pdf’s it shows and i can preview. Aurena agent also installed but the issue remains the same.Can someone tell me how to enable it? Please see the screen shot below. HIghligted in yellow the preview icon for pdf’s. Hi All, What are the replacements for back end tables OP_CLOCKING_TAB and OP_MACHINE_TAB in cloud? they are Operation Status Per Employee and Machine Codes screens in 7.5. Hi @Mathias Dahl, Can you please let me know a way to upload bunch of documents to ifs cloud? Document connections classes, revisions etc are already migrated from the old ifs database and we just have to find a method to check in all the documents as a bulk into cloud. As far a i know we no longer have access to middleware server to create a folder to copy those files and upload from a database method. Is there a possibility to bulk import documents using odata protocol? thanksRoshanga

Hi, Does the IFS REST connector work with ifs cloud 21R2? I tried to connect but gives me an error when authenticating using OAuth 2.0. Basic Authentication is not enabled with ifs cloud. The error I’m getting, Connection,Are there any additional configuration needs to do? I have successfully added OAuth configuration and token generation was also successful. Hi,After the upgrade from cloud 21R1 to 21R2 customer’s report designer report logo’s suddenly disappeared. I then added complogo.gif and IFSlogbw.gif to the report images from aurena client but still reports are not showing. Is there any other particular step needs to be followed? I have set up images to be taken from the database in layout files. ThanksRoshanga
HiI’m trying to connect ifs cloud with dell boomi. I tried to register a boomi component with basic authentication giving end point url, username and the password. But unfortunately authentication wasn't successful. Is there a specific setup needs to be done from IFS side? eg. setting up IAM client etc. If basic authentication is not supported in cloud please let me know the steps to authenticate my boomi component using oAuth?
