Hi everyone ! What is the good way to set up the work calendar in FSM ? We have create one time_block, one work calendar and we add it to our users with “person.calendar_id” field.Currently, we noticed that the time slot is displayed on the schedule board BUT we have a shift between the settings and the time slot displayed… Sometimes, the time slot isn’t displayed… We have open a case and the support team told us to add a “Works from place” place to our users to retrieve the time zone. So, we have add one or two place to our users with “Works from place” and “Ends work at”. But each scheduleboard refresh, the time slot move back and forth from the good time shift to the wrong… The time slot seems unsteady. So, I would like to understand how to set up the work calendar for a user in order to have the correct time slot display on the scheduleboard. Hi Community, With my team, we currently searching how to disable the “Saved searches” dropdown button in our REQUEST and TASK screen. We thought we had to disable the dropdown button “SHOW” in UI designer with “Invisible” fonctionnality but the button is still visible… (We are in FSM6U16) Have you a lead for us ? Hi everyone,Currently, we encountering an error message on our mobility concerning the update of the latitude and longitude of our “person” card, automatically on mobility.But, we haven’t created a custom process or rule to fetch this information on back-office.Have you ever encountered this message and do you know the root cause ? This error message appears on all our environments for no reason, without doing anything on mobility..(Issue on FSM6U10 and FSM6U13 at this time)Thanks for your help,Best regard
Hi everyone, For an unknown reason, the task type is no longer synchronized on mobility while the task extraction rule requires the extraction of all columns. The type is indeed present in the database, in back-office but it’s no longer sent to mobility. Moreover, when the task in completed on mobility and it’s synchronized with the back-office, the task type doesn’t systematically disappear.Do you have any idea of the root cause ?
