Visibility of columns in list page for IFS Cloud

Please check the following column visibility experiment for the standard list page “/page/CustomerOrders/List” and maybe you can help me answer the questions I asked at the end of the post.When I open the page in table view, not all columns are visible by default:As an IFSAPP, I have set the B2bOrder attribute to “Column Visible”, “Default To Previous” and “Visible”,  but it is still not visible in the table view by default to IFSAPP and other users - see below. I have tried restoring the default table view settings and "Clear Mapping Cache", but it change.As an IFSAPP in a global context, I added 2 columns at the end of the list in the table view:The columns are visible to IFSAPP even after logging in again:But when I log in as a different user, these 2 columns are not visible:  questions:What columns will be visible by default in the table view on a list page and what does it depend on? How to replace EDI messages from IFS8 in IFS Cloud?

Hello,Do you think the following approach will be effective in replacing EDI messages from IFS8 in IFS Cloud?For outbound EDI messages from IFS8, convert JSON to XML using a transformer (perhaps the standard one IFS_JSON_TO_XML_GENERIC?) and apply customized transformers to map fields from EDI messages to IFS Cloud projection fields.The same logic for inbound, but in a different direction and with the assumption that BizAPIs that were used are no longer available in the Cloud.If yes then mappings between EDI and Cloud projection for different types of messages are required, do you have something like that?Or perhaps you have any other ideas to fulfill the requirements?Best regardsBart

Outlook Calendar Sync (RMPANL) no appointment in outlook

Please help with Outlook Calendar Sync from Outlook to IFS.We configured Outlook synchronization with IFS Cloud and it works in one way(IFS->Outlook), but it doesn’t work in other way (Outlook->IFS). how to find page in Aurena / Cloud that is not in navigator?

hello, do you know how to get to page(url) in  Aurena / Cloud if it is not in navigator and I know only LU / entity and projection name? For example: first page I found in one of tabs for the Functional Object page so by debugging I also recognize the projection, but I need to find this page without connection to functional object - simply overview window(as presented on the screen but in Aurena). I need to get the urls to create lobby elements with navigation links for them.

Automatically authorized of supplier invoice after preliminary posting

​System automatically authorized to the payment of supplier invoice after preliminary posting when first instalment amount = 0. Below is example of system behavior: Create invoice with payment plan with first instalment amount = 0 Preliminary post invoice  First installment was automatic authorized and got status “Paid”, manual supplier invoice got status “PrelPostedAuth”:    In my opinion invoice shouldn’t has status “PrelPostedAuth” because it wasn’t authorized to the payment.I asked about it RnD and this is the respond: System has been designed to authorized automatically if the first installment is Zero as there will not be any actual payment happen. In this case, the amount is zero and it is automatically marked as Paid. Then invoice will go to PrePostedAuth state. Likewise, one of several installments are authorized, the invoice will go to status %Auth, either PrelPostedAuth or PostedAuth depending on if you have postings. Furthermore, when you manually authorize the first i

Who is executing sql event action: &AO or user?

I have a problem, when user is triggers sql event action and I don’t have problem when other users or admins trigger the same sql event action.User doesn’t has permission to function in SQL event action, but does he need it?I wondering who is executing sql event action: &AO or user?

Automatically transfer charges from Intercompany CO to PO, CO

Is it possible to automatically transfer charges from an intercompany customer order to an intercompany purchase order and an intercompany customer order? In the example below, system automatically creates purchase order P100033879 and customer order S100041153 after the customer intercompany order S100041152 is released.We need to transfer charges from customer order S100041152:to purchase order P100033879:and customer order S100041153:We also need to update the charges for other orders when one of them has changed, as in the example below:the charges for S100041153 have changed so we need to update the charges in P100033879 and S100041152.Ideally, changes to charges in one order will affect other intercompany orders, such as a quantity or price change, and we can approve them in the frame "Incoming change request for customer order" : Please also let me know where I can find traces of automatically created orders in the intercompany process? Report base on Inventory Part Availability Planning data

Tab named "All" in Inventory Part Availability Planning frame base on temporary table(INV_PART_AVAIL_SUM_QTY_TMP) which is created each time we ask frame to populate for some record(please find attachments ORDER_SUPP_DEM_EXT_TMP_VIEW.png and Inventory Part Availability Planning.png). There are several function which populate temporary tables(e.g.: IFSAPP.Order_Supply_Demand_API.Populate_Temporary_Tables__ ).We want to create report base on data from mentioned tab(Actual demand, Planned Demand, Supply, On Hand) and look for the best solution for this purpose(without customization). Does someone has any experience in this area?

Presentation of not overdue invoices in customer ledger age analysis report

For the operational report customer ledger age analysis standard behaviour of the application is that If an invoice due date is set to 5/6/2021, it will be due on 5/6/2021 (not overdue), therefore the invoice in report will presented as overdue in second column “0-30”. This is the intended functionality of the application which has been implemented back in 2006.My client espect that invoice should be presented in the first column named “Not Due” and te standard behaviour of the application is not acceptable, what do you think about it?Invoice should be presented in first column named “Not Due” Invoice should be presented in second column named “0-30”Below screens are presenting standard behaviour of the application:

I want to use company as custom page parameter in custom logical unit. The reason for that is needs to control access to data in custom page created from LU by controlling users privileges to company. Is there any possible to do it?

Do data of report from IFS business reporter tool is stored in database?

Do data of report from IFS Business Reporter tool is stored in database the same way as report from IFS Report Designer tool(in %_REP table)?I need to create XML for tax purpose in correct form. Data for XML are coming from report(IFS Business Reporter) and I find solution to do this by use function “Get XML Data” from Report Archive:Then using IFS connect I can import generated XML to IFS and transformed it to the correct form of XML. But maybe there is more simple way to do that?
