We are having issues with freight being added to an intesite order and holding up the closing of the order and not transferring back to the PO. Thoughts on why this would be happening? Our scenario is as follows:PO is created by Site A to get inventory from Site B. Customer Order is created from PO in Site B. Site B ships the items to the address for Site A via our shipping tool Freight tracking tab is populated with data Freight gets stranded right now on the customer order Thanks!
When an order is created from a service contract but we determine it was created in error, what is the best way to back this out? Right now the only thing we can do is post the invoice, then perform a credit and then re-enter the service contract. Thanks!

Hello! We have a scenario where we received on a PO but then found the cost on the PO was incorrect. We are able to upate the cost on the PO but the cost change is not reflecting on the manual supplier invoice so we are unable to pay the correct dollar amount to our supplier. Any suggestions?

Hello!When entering an order with supply code of purchase order direct, how does the ship via hierarchy work on that? Our expectation was that the PO would inherit the ship via from the customer order. Example:Customer Order → Delivery Info → Ship via of Next Day Air Purchase Order → Misc Order Info → Ship Via created as Standard Ground Purchase Order → Part Order Lines → Purchase Order Line Address → Delivery Information → Ship Via created as Standard Ground
When we copy a project into a new project, the task lines are copying but the qty is not. Am I missing something?
We have an RMA where the only thing we have on it is a charge line, no Return Material Lines. That charge line has been approved for credit and processed. We cannot get the RMA to close. Any help would be appreciated.

We consumed a qty on the customer consignment screen. Customer order line shows history of invocing as well as showing the invoice itselft as (PaidPosted) however the line is still showing as delivered and we cannot return items until the line status changes. Any ideas?
We have a background job error on customer orders but I have never seen a field called revised qty to make the update to get the error to go away.

We currently price our parts out to 6 decimal points. When we try to print a quote with pricing extended to more then 2 decimals, it rounds up and prints only 2 decimals. How do we fix this?
Is there any reason why we have to unchcek this box if it was created with it checked? I could not find any system limitations if it stays checked.
