Aurena - Report Default Layouts

Hello,We are adding a international site to our company in IFS. For each site, we’d like to have a default report layout be displayed. We’ve written report rules in IEE and they successfully default according to our rule parameters: SITE (CONTRACT).In Aurena, when the report rule is inactive (or no report rule), print dialog displays the default layout for all sites However, when the report rule is active, the default layout that displays in Aurena is blank. This is our first rollout with Aurena. I cannot find a similar screen for report rules. Does anyone have suggestions for creating default report options in Aurena? Aurena - Attach document in My Call Center> New Case

Hello, we are moving to Aurena and are currently using Apps10, update 10 IEE.In the Relationship Management> My Call Center> New Case screen, it shows a document can be attached. It appears to upload correctly, but when the case is saved, an error pops up and reads: Going to the case details from here and adding the attachment works. This post was found for adding Object Connections in IEE and I can see where the projection matches an option: However, “MY” Case doesn’t exist in IEE. Therefore, can’t be added there. In Aurena, the New Case wizard doesn’t show a projection that I can add, nor does Aurena have an Object Connections screen.Does anyone know of a solution for adding these in Aurena?Thanks,Jeff Nattermnn

Aurena users missing header Nav bar

Hello,We have some users who are missing the Navigation bar at the top of their Aurena screen. Others have seen it missing and come back upon later logins. We have tried clearing browser history, cache, and used different browsers, but can’t come up with a definitive answer yet. Has anyone else run across this and documented a fix? Aurena Error Pop-up Timing

We are in the process of converting users to Aurena. However, when Error/Warning/Information messages pop up in the corner of the page, they fade out within a second or two. A majority of the time, the verbiage cannot be read prior to the fade out. Is there a system parameter or other setting that can increase the timing of these pop-ups? Thanks,Jeff Nattermann

WaDaCo Deliver Customer Order - Initializing 45s

Hello,When attempting to use the Deliver Customer Order function in WaDaCo, the process takes approximately 45s to start. The screen displays a spinning wheel with the words Initializing Session…Attempts to resolve:We utilize 7 other WaDaCo processes with no issue. Attempted to use default configuration (config 1), both configurations provided the same result IEE WaDaCo desktop client has the same start-up delay as scan guns Used multiple scannersIs there a way to reduce this startup timing?As always, the help is appreciated!Thanks,Jeff

WaDaCo Pick List - Complete, flow to Create Del Note

Hello,We are in the process of finalizing WaDaCo picking, but there is an issue with the flow following our Order Type first. Example:Use configuration REPORT_PICKING_PART, complete scanning, save. Next process is Delivery Order, then Create Delivery NoteThe Sales Basic Data - Order Types is set to flow through Delivery Order and proceed to Create Delivery Note. When I do this via the desktop client, it works fine. When doing this after picking on the scanner, it stops at Deliver Order and we have to perform it manually. Order Type flowIs there a way to use the scanner to pick, save and proceed directly to Create Delivery Note?

RMA line tax issue

Hello, We are having an issue with the tax calculation on an RMA not returning as expected. (Example below for specifics.)Our question is, Why is the tax calculating the total tax amount for quantity 2 from the order on each line of the RMA? Has anyone else run across this? Purchase Requisitions defaulting to Manufacturing days (5 day calendar)

Hello, we just went live with Apps10 and MRP is calculating Purchase Lead Time in Manufacturing Days (Monday-Friday schedule). We expect it to run using calendar days (7 day calendar). There are no supplier calendars set up and the help indicates, “If no value is entered in the field, an all day calendar will be used.“ I am confident it is a setting that needs changed, but I can’t seem to find it. Any help is appreciated. Also, we are using Safety Stock to drive demand. Sorry for the vague description, but I feel like there is a simple solution.

MRP for Customer Owned Inventory - 1 site

Hello, We are trying to electronically manage Customer-Owned inventory. Currently we use a manual Kanban card to trigger reordering. Does anyone know a way to utilize MRP to trigger Purchase Requisitions for Customer-Owned parts? According to the help page for Part Ownership>Planning section, it is not possible, but I wanted to reach out in case someone has figured out a method of success.Part Ownership Help Page: Planning Planning is available only for company-owned and supplier-owned supply, demand, and inventory. This means that no planning is done for customer-owned, supplier-loaned, supplier-rented or company-owned renal asset demand or supply.Details of the situation:Set up Purchase Part and Inventory Part Set Safety Stock on Inventory Part to quantity of 25 Purchase Order created for Customer-Owned (quantity 50) We receive them as Customer-Owned Run MRP for FG part MRP shows shortage of material due to not seeing Customer-Owned material and creates Purchase Requisition fo

Pick List error on Shop Floor Workbench

Hello,We are implementing Apps10, Version 10, Enterprise Explorer.When attempting to print a pick list from Shop Floor Workbench, we keep getting an error. We can print from Shop Order successfully. The steps we follow to print from each are below. Any guidance is appreciated. From Shop Order (successful):RMB (in header)> Material Actions> Reserve (reserve window pop-up) Create Pick List box is checked (new window-shop order pick list options) Pick list per: Order No Print Pick List checked OK Print window pops up successfully Shop Order History shows pick list created. Spinning wheel on Order or Quotation line save

Hello All,Since 9/18/2020, about half the time a line is saved on a Customer Order or Sales Quotation we receive a spinning wheel. IFS Apps9, update8 Managed Cloud Services We haven’t found any consistency or reason behind it. Can IFS restrict viewers to only see their entries on a specific screen?

Hello,We are in the process of implementing Apps10 and working on the Health and Safety module, specifically Incidents.We would like to use this as our Near Miss and Accident reporting tool, but need to restrict access for users to only allow their entries + adding new. However, due to privacy reasons, cannot display other persons information that may have been injured in an accident (coordinator, reported by, etc.).IFS default a user can see all entries for their respective company. Aurena Shop Floor Workbench Shop Orders

I’m working in the Apps10 demo environment (both IEE and Aurena). I have set up Shop Floor Employees, assigned them to companies/sites and created Shop Orders for them to work on. I can see the Shop Orders in the workbench in IEE, but cannot see them in Aurena. I’ve attempted creating Filters and selecting ‘Filter By’ > Shop Order to select the SO individually, but that has not been successful either. Has anyone else seen this issue and can help explain the error in my setup? IEE vs. AurenaThanks!
