Community,I am doing CRO External Repair Order, system create a customer order to deliver the broken parts to external supplier via a customer order.The customer order is released once it is created. Since we are using condition code, the broken part we disassembled from the Customer Owned parent object and receive into stock with condition code ‘UNSERV’. Community, I have a product manufactured in Canada, then deliver to sister company Germany, sold to Germany customer.when the product is broken, it is sent back to Germany site, then Germany site dissamble the broken compnent. We are testing utlizing CRO. Now we comes to a problem that Repair Shop Order created does not load the as-built strcuture so it cannot proceed the repair in Germany site. The as-built structure is created in Canada site. wondering how this could be handled?
Community,When checked in the new document, IFS will name the document like “B100-R000026GEN-1-A1-1.TXT”. it is composed of document class+ document no+ Revision+ ….my question is, is possible to have it appended with document title? Thank you.
