Hi,We have created a new security checkpoint in IEE version when a user marks his attendance on a training event it prompts the security checkpoint dialog box to enter his credentials. It prompts in IEE without an issue. However, when marking attendance in Aurena, it prompts below error. Is it because of a permission issue? Any advise please? Also note that standard security check points are already working fine in Aurena for Document approvals, CAPA/NC approvals. Thank you in advance.
Hi,We are in a process of setting up DOP and we believe basic data setup is fine as we set the default supply type of the manufactured part as DOP (In Planning Data tab of Inventory Part window). Idea is to manufacture Top Part MYO-00120-A using couple of manufactured parts including some raw materials (purchase parts).However, when we released the DOP, it does not create shop orders or purchase orders automatically. Why shop order details are not shown in RMB option or shop orders do not get created? Also Purchase Orders are not generated too. But it shows inventory reservation for Top Part MYO-00120-A.Can you please advise whether we have missed any setting? Thank you!

Hi,We have a correction invoice created on top of a project invoice but mistakenly released at 0 (Status is PaidPosted since 0 value). Requirement is to reverse the entire project invoice (project invoice is PostedAuth). So now we are unable to create a credit invoice on top of that project invoice since it prompts below error. This error can be recreated in any Apps10 internal Race environment. We are in UPD16.Could you please advise how can I credit the project invoice totally? Thank YouRegardsNimesh

Hi,This is 21R2 cloud. (IFS Aurena client version: 21.2.3). When trying to post the depreciation proposal it gives a background job warning as “ORA-20105: DeprProposal.Error when posting depreciation proposal with ID 10. Batch processing will stop.” Do you know how to fix this or Is this an error in cloud? Because when using same set of data in Apps10 IEE internal test environment, I do not get this error. Hi,I’m trying to generate absence limits for certain employees. But unfortunately it does not update the existing absence type ID with new absence limit. Instead, it creates a duplicate line. Please find below example.Existing absence day limit is 20.8. So I want to increase the limit to 22. It adds a new line automatically for same Absence Type CPPA. Hi,This is in UPD9. I have made the Document number field mandatory at Document Revision window in Aurena using Page Designer settings (just like below) and I published the changes. However, when creating a new record, system highlights the Document Number field as Mandatory but it allows to the save record without entering a value on Document Number field.System allocates a number automatically. It should have ideally prompted an error message. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Please advise. Thank youRegardsNimesh
Hi,We have some employees on half time working (90%, 80%...etc of the day rather full 1 day) for certain schedules. On the absence part, we need that this half time must be applied for the absence limit. For example for the person with Calendar 90% is the absence limit is not 1day but should be 0.90 day. So if we import absence limit as 1.80 and If the employee has 1.80 days left it means that it should equal to 2 days in theory in order to allow him to take those on the absence calendar. However, when he books leaves for 2 days on absence calendar he can't take 2 days because system considers the leave balance is 1.8 days (not 2 days) and system notifies that absence limit is exceeded since system considers that 1 day = 1 (not 0.9). How can we convert the 1 day to 0.9 to sort this issue?Please advise? Thanks in advancesNimesh

Hi,The payment advice email is sent to the supplier when the payment order is created. This is not accurate as the payment will sometimes sit in the bank not approved for a week (this may take a week to approve). The payment advise should be better generated at the stage (acknowledge supplier payment order) because this step is confirmed when the payment has left the bank.Example: We use payment advise ‘At Create Order’ Is there a way to do this in IFS 8 other than just checking the automatic acknowledgement when the order is created? Hi,Is there a way to add a custom menu option to view Checked In documents straight from the Document Title window. Below screenshot button function is what required, I need above view button as a custom menu on Document Title window. Is that possible? However, for your information, I've tried many ways to add the custom field but ended up with errors. Checked In documents checking in directly to the FTP repository location, maybe that is why unable to call it through the custom menu? Even with the debugger I was not able to catch the corresponding client calls for the scenario, does this handle only from the framework. or has anyone come across a similar scenario with a solution? Hi,I have acquired an FA Object through a PO. So, Object is in Active status. However, I mistakenly cancelled the PO. So now transactions are stuck in the Distribution Postings and not possible to transfer to GL.Error is “No further acquisition possible for object 10-XX. Hi,When generating limit year, initial value field is not available to enter if we use Carried Forward Absence type. However, sometimes for some employees it is other way around that allows a Carry Forward absence type to limit generate but it does not allow normal absence type to limit generate where initial value field is blank. Hi,When I create supplier payment orders, payment advices are printed (in the report archive) for some suppliers inside the payment order but not for all the supplier. All suppliers are used ‘Depending on Format’ option. However, when I changed it to ‘At Create Order’ and create a payment order, then payment advices are printed for all the suppliers inside the payment order without an issue.Could you please advise me?
