Shop Floor Workbench - 'The Date Applied of the transaction can not be a future date' error when entering time

I am trying to log time for a Shop Order Operation through Time Registration in our development environment (note that this environment has not had a data refresh since March 9, 2023). I am trying to log time for this past Monday (4 days ago) but I am receiving a “The Date Applied of the transaction can not be a future date”. It seems that I can only enter time for todays date but I should be able to enter time for past dates. I noticed that this error is triggered when the current date (depending on the site) is less than ‘Date Applied’ during a creation of a Operation History record. Does anyone know where the ‘Date Applied’ field value is being pulled from when a Operation History record is created after a user has logged time successfully?

Search Domain or Search Keyword alternative for Cloud

We are on the road to use Cloud but one functionality that is no longer available in Cloud is the Keyword Search or Search Domains. There is already a post that you can upvote for IFS to reintroduce or provide us with a search-like capability similar to this feature- Reintroduce Enterprise Search-like capability for IFS Cloud | IFS Community. Has anyone found an alternative solution in the mean time?

IFS Apps 10 Enterprise Explorer - Shutting down randomly on our users

We are currently using IFS Apps10 - Update 19 and our users are starting to report that IFS Enterprise Explorer would randomly shut down on them.We checked our background jobs to see where a pile up started happening in the queue and we found that the pile up starts happening first thing in the morning after the background job = Batch_Sys.Fnd_Heavy_Cleanup_Is this happening to anyone else? Is there anywhere else in IFS that I could check?The only major change we did is updating our APPS10 to 19 but this was mid November 2023 and we started getting these reports at the end of December 2023/beginning of January 2024.

Aurena - Expand columns to shows multi line records in tables

I was wondering if there was a way to display the whole record of a column if it has multiple lines in table in Aurena?For example, in IEE we have a large field that can display multiple lines: In Aurena. it is set up as a table and I can’t seem to find a way to expand the column to view the whole record: I noticed that if you hover over a regular field and it exceeds the size of the box, there is a pop up that displays that whole record and I am wondering if there is a way to do that with the table view:

Time Registration - Parked Shop Orders are not showing up in LOV

In the Time Registration screen, when I select Shop Order and choose an operation from the LOV, I noticed that I cannot find any operations that are in ‘Parked’ status. Is there a way to populate those shop order operations? Even when I search for a specific Shop Order # that has an operation in Parked status - no data is being found.

Custom Field Default value stopped populating for new records

My Default value for my custom field (check box) has stopped populating for new records.My custom field:Persistent Boolean Value Enum (TRUE or FALSE boolean) I set the Default Value to FALSE For every new record that was created, my custom field had the check box default to FALSE, but it just recently it stopped working.Anybody having the same issue? We did not do any major updates or changes to to the environment or the custom field.

Custom Event - How can we defer an action after triggering the event?

I am trying to find a way to defer an action after an event has been triggered. Does IFS have the option to delay an action for a specific amount of time after the event has been triggered?For example - When the event gets triggered due to a change in the Business Opportunity status, then tell IFS “hey wait an hour, then call the first action” or is there something similar to Transaction_SYS.Deferred_Call where we tell oracle “hey wait an hour then run that pl/sql procedure call into the background”?

Aurena - Is there a way to set a filter on a selector?

I have a Date custom field (Expire Date) in our Customer - CRM Aurena Page and I want to have the selector ONLY pull up customers that have an (Expire Date of NULL or Expire Date > Current Date) whenever the user populates the page or even searches on it. Is this possible in Aurena?

Aurena Custom Page - How to set up Editing Rules?

Is there a way to set up editing rules to an Aurena Custom Page?For example - In the Business Opportunity page - the fields cannot be edited if the Status is ‘Closed’, however you can click on any fields and edit them if the Status is ‘Unconfirmed’.

Aurena - Using a custom RMB from IEE to open a filtered Aurena Page

In IEE, I was able to create a custom RMB in the Person page to open up an Aurena Page in a new Microsoft Browser. Now I am trying to add a $filter string to have the Aurena Page filter by the Person from IEE. The IEE field that I want the RMB to use is “PERSON_ID” and the Aurena page person id field name is “Cf_Person_Id”. These are the $filter strings that I added at the end of my Aurena URL, hoping would filter the page:?$filter=Cf_Person_Id eq $[Person_Id] ?$filter=Cf_Person_Id eq $[Person_Id]$ ?$filter=Cf_Person_Id eq $Person_IdNone of them work, the URL only works properly without these filter strings. Can we use an IEE field as a parameter in an RMB when opening up an Aurena URL and if so, how?

Aurena - IEE Element that links to an Aurena Page

I have seen threads in IFS Community about this topic but they are all a year old. My two questions are:Is it still a limitation that we cannot open an Aurena Page through an IEE Lobby element? Is there a way to have the browser pop up when you click on the element link rather than having the link attempt to open in IEE?

Aurena - Setting up a lobby as a homepage and specific navigation tree links

In Aurena - when I set up a lobby as a homepage, the navigation tree is automatically set up to go to the Lobby Overview link. I have two questions in reference to this:Is there a way to set up the homepage as a lobby AND have the navigation tree to show 3 specific SUB-links (i.e Customer, Business Opportunity, Business Activity ) rather than the Lobby Overview link?Also, is there a way to default a group of users homepage to a lobby rather than having them individually set it up themselves?

Aurena - Top Navigation forward and back arrows disappeared

My user created training videos for Aurena a couple weeks ago. He re-watched it and noticed that Aurena used to have forward and back buttons in the top navigation but now it does not. Did anyone else noticed that their forward/back buttons disappeared? and has there been an update or is this a bug?

Aurena - Some fields do not stay in the Search Header after signing in and out

In Aurena’s search header, we have a field for “City” and “Name” in our Customer - CRM form page. I checked both fields and they are not custom fields.I noticed that when we add “City” as a search field from the “More” drop down menu, the field will stay in the header after I have logged out then back in.When I add “Name” as a search field from the “More” drop down menu, the field does not stay in the header after I have logged out then back in.Is Aurena supposed to keep the user’s chosen fields in the search header after they have logged in and out (without using the saved search option)?

Aurena - Recent Screens page is blank

Aurena - Search header disappearing after refreshing the page

In Aurena - on a web browser, if I’m looking at the Business Opportunity details - the search header is present but when I refresh the page, the search header disappears. Aurena - Lobby element working in IEE but does not work in Aurena

I have created a counter element for one of my Aurena Lobbies. This element works in IEE but not in Aurena. The counter populates the correct number in Aurena but when I click on the element, I get a Server Error when it is trying to filter out using my data source condition on the Business Opportunities screen. Something to note, I am including a custom lu table in my query. This is the query I am using in the data source. The lobby takes 3 parameters (Sales_0, Sales_1, Sales_2). Aurena - Business Opportunity Duplicated lines

In Aurena under our Business Opportunities page, the user is able to click on an arrow beside one of the Business Opportunities listed and the Lines will expand out (nested display). I noticed that it calls the API that pulls Active lines for a specific business opportunity but it does not filter the Active Revision so the display shows duplicated lines since it is pulling from ALL revisions. Is there a way to fix this where it only chooses 1 revision to display?

Choosing Search header fields in Aurena

I am trying to understand where or how Aurena is deciding what to show in the search header fields.The reason is because I am trying to get the “Customer Name” search field to show up in the Business Opportunities search header and it is not in the “More” drop down menu.There is no actual column for the “Customer Name” in the business opportunity view. The customer name only shows up in IFS IEE Business Opportunity screen because it is a built in field that uses a function to retrieve the information.Is the only way to get a “Customer Name” search header field is to create it as a custom field in the Business Opportunity view? and if so, where do we find the section in Aurena that allows us to change the labels for these search header fields?Thanks for your help.

Aurena - Show a total number attachments by default

Currently in IEE, you are able to see the number of attachments at the bottom of the screen when viewing details of a Business Opportunity: In Aurena, there is no number on the panel that indicates how many attachments are present, you have to click on the panel first then the total number of attachments will display:Even in the Business Opportunities screen, you have to click on the paperclip once to display the number of attachments. The goal is to prevent the user from having to click on an icon or panel just to show the number of attachments, so my questions are:In Business Opportunity - is there a way to show the number of attachments without having to click on the attachment panel similar to IEE? In Business Opportunities - is there a way to default the paperclip column to show the number of attachments?

Aurena - Why isn't my multiselect custom field an option in the search filter drop down menu?

I have a persistent, multiselect custom field in Aurena in the Business Opportunity Screen but it is missing from the search filters that I can choose from at the header level. Normally, when I add custom fields to a screen in Aurena, that field becomes an option as a search filter. Is this restricted to multiselect custom fields or am I missing something? The LU is synced and it is working perfectly in Aurena, I’m just not sure why it isn’t showing up as an option in the search filter drop down.

Aurena Attachment Panel Permissions - No access

My users in a specific permission set keep receiving an permission error when they expand/click on the attachment panel at the bottom of the page (specifically in the Customer Order page): I’ve already given them permissions to the following projections listed below. Is there anything else that I may have missed that manages the permissions to view or use the Attachment panel? Custom Field - Can we add carriage return characters to a multi-line custom field?

I am trying to display a full address in a multi-line custom field. The custom field settings are:read-only text (unformatted) with multi-line enabled The implementation type is a Select Statement to grab and concat the information. I am using CHR(13) for the carriage return in the select statement.The format expected to be displayed in the custom field is:Address 1City, State, Zip CodeCountry The custom field displays in the information in one line and it seems that the carriage return did not work. However, when I copy and paste the information into notepad, the carriage return is here.Is there a way for a custom field to read a break line or carriage return for multi-line records and, if so, how?

Customer order credit card activity reoccurring transactions

We are noticing that IFS is trying to authorize credit card transactions for customer orders in our development environment around 1am everyday - even for past orders that have already been charged. We have disabled the credit card type to prevent the transactions from going into “authorized” status.Does know how to stop IFS from scheduling these transactions for orders that have already been completed/paid for or why it keeps trying to authorize these orders? Is there documentation or a list of Entry's anywhere for User Profiles in IEE?

In IEE - under User Profiles > Profile Content tab > ifsweb folder > the destination page in Aurena, there is a table that appears on the right side with a column “Entry”. Is there documentation or a list of Entry’s that can be used for Aurena?
